This Cookie Policy explains how Nutravey FZCO ("Nutravey", "we") uses cookies and similar technologies on nutravey.com and shop.nutravey.com. For how we handle personal information more generally, see our Privacy Policy.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, and scripts that collect information about your device and how you use a site. In this policy, we call all of these "cookies". Some are set by us ("first-party"); others are set by our service providers ("third-party").
How we use cookies
- Strictly necessary: needed for the websites to work, such as keeping you signed in, keeping your cart, securing checkout and protecting forms from bots. These don't need your consent.
- Preferences and functionality: remember your choices, such as light or dark mode, and features you've asked for, such as applying a friend's referral code.
- Analytics: help us understand how people use our websites so we can improve them.
- Marketing and attribution: help us understand how visitors found us.
We don't use cookies to show you targeted advertising on other websites.

We also record basic shopping events, such as product views and items added to the cart, in our own server logs without using cookies, and we use Vercel Web Analytics, which measures page visits without cookies.
Cookies on shop.nutravey.com
Our online store and checkout run on Shopify. Shopify sets cookies that are needed to provide the store, cart, checkout and customer accounts, and may set cookies for preferences, analytics and marketing attribution. Shopify lists and explains these cookies at shopify.com/legal/cookies. Payment and wallet providers you use at checkout may also set their own cookies.
Your choices
- Cookie banner: in the United Arab Emirates, we ask for your consent before setting non-essential cookies. You can accept all cookies, keep only the necessary ones, or choose by category, and change your choice at any time.
- Browser settings: most browsers let you block or delete cookies. If you block strictly necessary cookies, parts of the site, such as signing in or checking out, may not work.
- Google Analytics: you can opt out with Google's opt-out browser add-on.
