Referral Program Terms

These terms apply to the Nutravey Referral Program (the "Program"), run by Nutravey FZCO ("Nutravey", "we"). By sharing or using a referral code, you agree to these terms and to our Terms of Service.

1. How it works

  • Your code: when you reserve a place before launch, your reservation number (for example NVY-ST-1234567) is also your personal referral code. It's shown on your Ritual Pass. We may offer referral codes to other customers in the future.
  • Your friend's benefit: a friend who uses your code gets 5% off their order.
  • Your reward: each time a new order is placed with your code, we email you a single-use code for 5% off a future order.

2. Using a referral code

  • Your friend can use your personal referral link or enter your code at checkout. If they use your link, the code may be applied for them automatically.
  • Each customer can use a referral code once.
  • Referral and reward codes apply to eligible products, don't apply to shipping or taxes, and can't be combined with other discount codes unless checkout allows it.

3. Rewards

  • We issue a reward after the referred order is placed. We may cancel an unused reward if the referred order is cancelled, refunded, returned or found to be fraudulent.
  • Rewards are single-use, have no cash value, and can't be exchanged for money, transferred or sold.
  • If a reward has an expiry date, we'll tell you when we send it.

4. Fair use

To keep the Program fair, you must not:

  • refer yourself, including through another email address, account or person acting for you;
  • create fake accounts or orders;
  • send spam, or send your code to people who haven't agreed to hear from you;
  • post your code on coupon, deal or cashback websites, or promote it through paid search or social ads that use the Nutravey name; or
  • make false or misleading statements about Nutravey or our products, including health claims.

If you share your code publicly, for example on social media, make it clear that you get a reward when people use it.

We may cancel codes, withhold or cancel rewards, and remove anyone from the Program if these terms are broken.

5. Eligibility and taxes

The Program is open to individuals aged 18 or over, and is void where prohibited or restricted by law. You're responsible for any taxes that apply to rewards you receive.

6. Changes and ending the Program

We may change these terms, or suspend or end the Program, at any time. Changes won't affect rewards we've already issued, unless the law requires it or the reward was obtained in breach of these terms.

7. Privacy

We use personal information connected with the Program, such as your referral code, when it's used and the rewards you earn, as described in our Privacy Policy. We don't share your friend's order details with you.
