Terms of service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of nutravey.com, shop.nutravey.com and our related services (the "Services"), and your purchases from us. The Services are operated by Nutravey FZCO, a free zone company based in Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("Nutravey", "we", "us" or "our").
By using the Services or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to the policies they refer to, including our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Subscription Policy, Referral Program Terms and Health & Supplement Disclaimer. If you don't agree, please don't use the Services.
Where this applies: anyone, anywhere, can visit our websites, but we currently sell and deliver our products only in the United Arab Emirates. These Terms is written under, and governed by, the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Nothing in these Terms takes away rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be excluded. If these Terms conflict with those rights, those rights apply.
1. Important health information
Nutravey products are dietary supplements. They aren't medicines and aren't a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Our products aren't intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
Always read the label and follow the directions. Speak to a doctor or other qualified healthcare professional before using our products if you're pregnant or breastfeeding, have a medical condition (including a kidney, heart or blood pressure condition), have been advised to limit sodium, potassium or magnesium, or take medication. Content on the Services is general information, not medical advice. Our Health & Supplement Disclaimer has more detail.
2. Who can use the Services
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services, create an account or place an order. Our products are sold for personal use only, not for resale.
3. Your account
Keep your account details accurate and your password confidential. You're responsible for activity under your account, so tell us straight away if you think someone has used it without your permission. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or are used fraudulently.
4. Products and information
We work hard to describe our products accurately, including ingredients, nutrition information and images. Packaging, colours and formulations may vary slightly over time, and the label on the product you receive is the definitive source of ingredient, allergen and usage information. Products are available while stocks last, and we may limit quantities or discontinue products.
If we find an error in product information or a price, we may correct it. If the error affects an order you've placed, we'll contact you, and you can choose to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
5. Prices, taxes and payment
Prices are shown in UAE dirhams (AED) unless stated otherwise and may change before you place an order. Shipping charges, and any taxes we're required to collect, are shown at checkout before you pay.
We currently sell and deliver within the United Arab Emirates only. Orders are fulfilled and delivered from within the UAE.
Payments are processed securely through our Shopify checkout and its payment partners. By placing an order, you confirm you're authorised to use the payment method you provide.
6. Orders
When you place an order, you're offering to buy the products in it. We'll email you to confirm we've received your order, and a contract is formed when we confirm that your order has been dispatched. We may decline or cancel an order before then, for example if a product is unavailable, there's a price or description error, we suspect fraud, or we can't deliver to your address. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.
You can ask to change or cancel an order before it's dispatched by contacting us or using the order tools in your account. Once an order has been dispatched, it can't be changed.
7. Pre-launch reservations
Before our products launch, you can reserve a place in line for free. A reservation isn't an order or a payment, and it doesn't guarantee stock, price or a delivery date. We'll email you when you can buy. Any launch benefit linked to a reservation applies only as described in the message or page that offers it.
8. Delivery
We deliver to addresses in the United Arab Emirates only, as set out in our Shipping Policy, which also explains shipping charges, delivery estimates, tracking and what to do if something goes wrong. Delivery times are estimates. Risk of loss or damage passes to you when the products are delivered to the address you gave us, and ownership passes to you once we've received full payment.
9. Subscriptions
Some products are available as a Ritual Subscription. A subscription renews automatically, and your payment method is charged for each order until you cancel. You can manage or cancel your subscription from your account or by contacting us before your next billing date. Pricing, billing, changes and cancellation are explained in our Subscription Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
10. Refunds and returns
Refunds, returns and any satisfaction guarantee are handled under our Refund Policy as published on the Services, and under applicable law.
11. Promotions, discount codes and referrals
Promotions and discount codes are subject to the conditions shown with them. Unless we say otherwise, codes can't be combined, have no cash value, can't be exchanged or transferred, and may expire. We may cancel codes, or orders that use them, if a promotion has been misused, obtained fraudulently or shared without our permission. Our referral program is governed by the Referral Program Terms.
12. Reviews and other content you share
If you post a review or other content, you confirm that it's genuine, reflects your own honest experience, and doesn't infringe anyone's rights or break the law. You keep ownership of your content and give us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to host, display, reproduce and share it, including with your first name, in connection with the Services and our marketing. We may moderate, decline or remove content that breaks these Terms.
We label reviews as verified only when they come from a confirmed customer. We don't edit reviews to change their meaning, and we publish both positive and negative reviews that meet these standards. If we ever offer anything in return for a review, we'll say so clearly.
13. Acceptable use
When using the Services, you must not:
- break any law or infringe anyone's rights;
- give false information, impersonate anyone, or use someone else's account or payment method without permission;
- interfere with or disrupt the Services, or try to get around security measures, rate limits or bot protection;
- use bots, scrapers or other automated tools to access the Services, place orders or collect data, except where the law allows;
- upload malicious code or harmful content; or
- resell our products or misuse promotions.
14. Intellectual property
The Services and their content, including the Nutravey name and logo, product names, packaging, designs, text, images and software, belong to Nutravey or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the Services for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works from any part of them without our written permission.
15. Third-party services and links
Parts of the Services are provided by third parties, including Shopify (checkout, accounts and subscriptions), payment providers and shipping carriers, and their terms may also apply. We provide links to other websites for convenience; we don't control them and aren't responsible for them.
16. Disclaimers
We provide the Services and the information on them "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we don't promise that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we exclude warranties that aren't set out in these Terms. This doesn't affect your rights under consumer law, including your right to products that are as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.
17. Our liability
We aren't liable for losses that weren't reasonably foreseeable, for business losses, or for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and for any other claim to AED 370.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that the law doesn't allow us to limit or exclude.
18. Indemnity
To the extent the law allows, you agree to compensate us for reasonable losses and costs arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services. This doesn't apply to consumers where the law doesn't permit it.
19. Events outside our control
We aren't responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, strikes, carrier disruption, internet or power failures, or government action. We'll tell you if this affects your order, and you can cancel and get a refund for products that haven't been dispatched.
20. Changes to the Services and these Terms
We may change the Services and update these Terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order. For subscriptions, we'll tell you about changes that materially affect you before they apply, and you can cancel if you don't agree.
21. Governing law and disputes
If you have a problem, please contact us first at support@nutravey.com. We'll try to resolve it quickly and informally.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction. This doesn't affect any rights you have under UAE consumer protection law.
22. General
These Terms, together with the policies they refer to, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Services. If any part is found to be unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to another organisation, and we'll tell you if this affects you; you may not transfer yours without our consent. If we don't enforce a right straight away, we can still enforce it later. These Terms are written in English; if we provide a translation, the English version prevails to the extent the law allows.
